However, by focusing on serum nucleocapsid protein of SARS-CoV-2, it seems that the infection of the new coronavirus can be detected even early before the antibody (IgG) rises up.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC7498565\/\">https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC7498565\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The ROC curve showed that AUC was 0.9756 (95% CI), sensitivity was 92%, and specificity was 96.8%.
