{"id":8579,"date":"2022-04-15T11:58:38","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T02:58:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emukk.com\/WP\/?p=8579"},"modified":"2022-04-15T11:59:52","modified_gmt":"2022-04-15T02:59:52","slug":"some-urinary-free-glycans-were-upregulated-in-some-cancer-patients","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emukk.com\/WP\/en\/some-urinary-free-glycans-were-upregulated-in-some-cancer-patients\/","title":{"rendered":"Some urinary free-glycans were upregulated in some cancer patients"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A group from  Department of Molecular Biology, Osaka International Cancer Institute, Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan, etc. has reported that some urinary free-glycans were upregulated in some cancer patients.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/35413075\/\">https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/35413075\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Free glycans in urine with \u03b11,3-fucosylation, triply \u03b12,6-sialylated tri-antennary structures and\/or a (Man3)GlcNAc1-core were upregulated in cancer patients. Simple \u03b12,3-sialylation and \u03b11,6-core-fucosylation did not appear to contribute to the observed increase in the level of glycans.
