N-glycans were removed by PNGase F, and then Sialic acids were also removed by neuraminidase. Glycan analysis was done by using ETD\/HCD LC-MS\/MS. O-glycan modification in HEK 293 F is shown blow. Tn-antigen seems to be more expressed than Tn-antigen.
