Well known Lectins with glycan binding specificity to agalacto are BLL, PVL, GSL-II as shown below. Curiously, rBGL has bi-specific glycan binding characteristics, not only  to agalacto type N-glycans but also to O-glycans with Thomsen\u2013Friedenreich antigen (TF-antigen; Gal\u03b21,3GalNAc-\u03b1-).
