As is known, E-selectin shows specific binding to non-sulfated ligand, sLex.<br \/>\nThis new specificity mimics that of the unrelated protein Siglec-8, for which 6\u2032-sulfo-sLex is its preferred ligand.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emukk.com\/WP\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/E-selectin-with-E92AE107A.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium
